We currently do not offer returns or exchanges once the product is sold.

However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video or photo proof.

If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
